a local organization committed to improving the health and well-being of Vermonters through accessible and affordable programs. Home to both Rock Steady Boxing and KMV adventures. Our mission is to keep people moving while fostering a sense of community and connection. We believe in the power of physical activity to enhance quality of life, reduce isolation, and address health challenges.
